Pamela Stross

Pam puts the person first, always. She considers many angles in her counsel and never forgets the happiness and goals of those she works with. She is passionate about helping others – both clients and TruClarity team members – in bringing their visions to life.

Relationship-focused, Pam pauses to listen and evaluate to find the right solution. She dives in to understand the details and motivators so she can relate and provide relevant counsel. As she says, “When you’re a consultant, the only way you can help someone is if you listen to what they need.”

As TruClarity’s president and CEO, Pam leads the culture, vision and structure of the company, and helps advisors do the same for their firms. In financial services for over 45 years and with TruClarity for over 7, she knows how to run a business. She works side-by-side with advisors to support them in becoming and being independent, providing concierge-level services from planning to transitioning to ongoing operations. She also serves as a sounding board for internal teams and their clients.

Before joining TruClarity, Pam was vice president, and earlier chief financial officer, of Sembler Investments; chief administration officer of Platinum Bank; and president of JurisPartners. She received a BS in finance from University of South Florida.

Pam lives in Tampa, Florida, with her French bulldog, Zoe. She enjoys reading, travel, watching sports (especially the local Buccaneers and Rays) and spending time with family.
