Christine Castellano

Christine is a root-cause person when it comes to problem solving. She gets to the bottom of things to resolve the issue, so it does not happen again. Her motto: “No problems, only solutions!”

As chief operating officer, Christine oversees the operations staff supporting TruClarity clients. Calling herself the herder of cats, she serves as project manager for new teams moving to independence, helping to keep the process moving in the right direction. As chief financial officer, Christine manages the outsourced CFO services for clients, including overseeing the accounting process, producing financials and developing budgets.

Before joining TruClarity, Christine was executive vice president of compliance and BSA officer at Platinum Bank, senior internal auditor at MetLife, senior auditor at Accume Partners, and regulatory reporting analyst at Citi Group.

Christine received a BS in accounting and a master’s of accountancy (M.Acc) from University of South Florida. She also received a master’s in business, ethics and compliance (MBEC) from New England College of Business.

Living in Central Connecticut, Christine is owned by a cat named Steve aka Berlioz. Her hobbies include card making, painting and mixed media art.  She also enjoys photographing landscapes, cityscapes/urban and architecture, and visiting old cemeteries to learn about a town’s history through the headstones.
